Design-driven commerce starts
the moment a product enters a project.
SIMTU owns that moment.

Three conditions. One moment.
Designers work in 3D. Manufacturers have live inventory and online stores. The data between them still travels by email.
BIM set a standard for buildings. No one set one for the live data layer between designers, manufacturers and clients.
COVID forced manufacturers into e-commerce. AI will force them to turn product catalogues into structured data — and most are not ready.
For the first time, designers and manufacturers
work from the same data.
SIMTU turns product data into
a closed design-to-commerce loop.
Manufacturer assets become standardized .SIM2 product records, move through desktop, web, mobile and cloud workflows, and return to manufacturers as ready-to-process orders with synchronized project status.
Open beta launches July 2026.

Both sides of the ecosystem are already moving: 30 manufacturers signed, 25+ more in pipeline,
and 79% of surveyed designers declared willingness to use SIMTU based on an early MVP.
Poland is the 3rd largest furniture exporter in Europe. It gives SIMTU a strong supply-side beachhead.
Our core markets turn that base into a launchpad for international expansion.

12 major 3D programs. One drag.
Designers drag real manufacturer products from the SIMTU library into SketchUp, Blender, Revit or 9 other programs. Geometry, materials and live pricing in one file. No conversion, no broken textures. Always in sync with the manufacturer.
Live commerce layer. Always current.
SIMTU queries manufacturer ERP and PIM systems daily. Every price change, lead-time or availability shift propagates instantly across all open projects. Designers and clients always see the same live numbers the manufacturer sees.
Auto-generated specifications. Ready instantly.
Every product placed in a project generates a live shopping list with SKUs, current prices and availability in one place. That structured, machine-readable output is exactly what an AI needs to turn a room scan into a ready-to-buy brief for the end client.
3DGS: the AI-native asset format.
3D Gaussian Splatting captures a product from 360° photos with no UV mapping or mesh cleanup. AI composition engines read appearance, not polygons. We already produce classical 3D, so converting to 3DGS is a pipeline extension, not a rebuild.
AI agents design from our catalogue.
Generative design tools (Spacely, Decorilla, future Claude-native agents) need a real product catalogue to query. SIMTU's public API makes our SKU library the first source an AI reads when specifying a European interior.
Client scans room → AI drafts brief → designer closes.
iPhone LiDAR scans a room in minutes. AI places products from the SIMTU catalogue into the scanned space and generates a visualisation. The client arrives at the designer with a visual brief, not a mood board. SIMTU is the data layer in both scenarios.
