Where design
becomes commerce.

Design-driven commerce starts
the moment a product enters a project.

SIMTU owns that moment.

02 — the irony
More than half of a designer's time is not design. Across 1.67 million designers in Europe, that's the largest misallocation of creative talent the built environment has ever seen.

Source: SIMTU market analysis 2024–2025 · Eurostat, national architecture chambers (BDA, CNAPPC, RIBA, UNSFA, ARB), CSIL Milan · 45 countries

03 — the designer's problem
An interior designer finishes the concept. Now the real work starts.
Visit manufacturers’ websites. Download broken 3D models. Fix geometry. Visualise. Revise. Repeat. Build product schedules. Name, SKU, price, lead time, availability. Specs hidden. Data missing. Email. Wait. Follow up. Wait again. WhatsApp. SMS. Wait. Follow up. Email.
And this is just one chair. Just one product. Every project has dozens more.
85% poor 3D quality significantly extends the design process
80% adapting 3D models to software increases delivery time
78% sourcing from manufacturer websites is time-consuming

04 — the moment

Three conditions. One moment.

01

Designers work in 3D. Manufacturers have live inventory and online stores. The data between them still travels by email.

02

BIM set a standard for buildings. No one set one for the live data layer between designers, manufacturers and clients.

03

COVID forced manufacturers into e-commerce. AI will force them to turn product catalogues into structured data — and most are not ready.

05 — the solution

For the first time, designers and manufacturers
work from the same data.

We deliver live data. SIMTU delivers live pricing, availability and product data directly from manufacturers, including ready-to-use 3D geometry where available.
Designers work with real data, no emails, outdated PDFs or manual product verification checks required.
We set the standard. .SIM2 is SIMTU's proprietary format combining geometry, commercial data and order information into one structured, software-ready source file.
One source of truth: manufacturer updates propagate instantly across every designer's workspace, shopping list and product view.
We sync both sides. Designers select and specify products inside SIMTU. Manufacturers, clients and contractors follow selections, project progress and orders in real time.
Built-in communication keeps designers, manufacturers, clients and contractors aligned throughout every project stage.
06 — the ecosystem

SIMTU turns product data into
a closed design-to-commerce loop.

SIMTU Ecosystem Diagram

Manufacturer assets become standardized .SIM2 product records, move through desktop, web, mobile and cloud workflows, and return to manufacturers as ready-to-process orders with synchronized project status.

09 — the market
TAM € 823M total platform revenue opportunity / year
SAM € 334M PL · DE · IT · UK · FR
SOM € 15.8M by 2030 — ~2% of TAM

Poland is the 3rd largest furniture exporter in Europe. It gives SIMTU a strong supply-side beachhead.
Our core markets turn that base into a launchpad for international expansion.

14 — now and future

One format. Growing what it powers.

Now

12 major 3D programs. One drag.

Designers drag real manufacturer products from the SIMTU library into SketchUp, Blender, Revit or 9 other programs. Geometry, materials and live pricing in one file. No conversion, no broken textures. Always in sync with the manufacturer.

Now

Live commerce layer. Always current.

SIMTU queries manufacturer ERP and PIM systems daily. Every price change, lead-time or availability shift propagates instantly across all open projects. Designers and clients always see the same live numbers the manufacturer sees.

Now

Auto-generated specifications. Ready instantly.

Every product placed in a project generates a live shopping list with SKUs, current prices and availability in one place. That structured, machine-readable output is exactly what an AI needs to turn a room scan into a ready-to-buy brief for the end client.

FUTURE · AI Visuals

3DGS: the AI-native asset format.

3D Gaussian Splatting captures a product from 360° photos with no UV mapping or mesh cleanup. AI composition engines read appearance, not polygons. We already produce classical 3D, so converting to 3DGS is a pipeline extension, not a rebuild.

FUTURE · AI Search & Agents

AI agents design from our catalogue.

Generative design tools (Spacely, Decorilla, future Claude-native agents) need a real product catalogue to query. SIMTU's public API makes our SKU library the first source an AI reads when specifying a European interior.

FUTURE · B2C: New TAM

Client scans room → AI drafts brief → designer closes.

iPhone LiDAR scans a room in minutes. AI places products from the SIMTU catalogue into the scanned space and generates a visualisation. The client arrives at the designer with a visual brief, not a mood board. SIMTU is the data layer in both scenarios.
